Every engagement has the same goal: get more value out of the enterprise system you already own, and carry it as a capital asset rather than a running cost.
Silva Trading is not a systems integrator and not a product company. The work is additive — alongside the client team, the integrator and SAP, never in competition with any of them.
SAP is where the world’s structured business data lives — the system of record for the enterprises that run global supply chains, and for the suppliers and partners connected to them.
What has changed is the tooling around it. Semantic modelling, standard connectors and AI surfaces over governed data now make it possible to draw more value out of an SAP investment already made — whether an organisation runs SAP itself or sits inside an SAP-connected supply chain.
That is the work: more value from the data the business already produces, at whatever stage of the SAP roadmap the organisation is on.

EVE is a collaborative project, not a product. It takes decision intelligence concepts and applies them to an additive delivery model for SAP transformations — developed in the open so that practitioners, client teams and partners can read it, disagree with it, and use it.
The technologies underneath are moving quickly: agentic platforms, AI surfaces over enterprise data, and the tooling around both. The references below point to the primary sources rather than describing them second-hand. The question the project works on is narrower — what the safest and most effective way to use them on a live program actually is, how they attach without displacing the team already delivering, and how the result is stated as a number the client's finance function recognises.
The work is done peer-to-peer inside the professional network and shared back into it. Repositories are public, issues are open, and questions are the most useful thing anyone sends.
