Enterprises are not short of analytics. They are short of analytics they own. The decision surface sits inside a vendor's platform, priced per seat, readable only through that vendor's tooling, and it leaves with the contract.
We build the other kind. Sovereign data means the client can read, export and reconstitute the full analytical substrate without asking anyone's permission. Sovereign AI is what becomes possible once that is true — and it is not possible before it.

Because the models are already written down and public, governance documentation is produced substantially faster than a cold-start consulting engagement — without removing the senior oversight that Crown corporations and regulated operators require.
Most decision-support work fails at the same point: it asks a client to change the system that runs the business. We do the opposite. A side-car twin mirrors the signals that matter into a governed surface alongside the system of record, leaving the operational estate untouched.
The design constraint is stated plainly: sovereign AI requires sovereign data. A decision surface a client cannot read, export or reconstitute without vendor permission is not a decision surface they own.

A customer-owned reference model for replicating SAP master and transactional structures onto a surface outside vendor custody. The universal journal is the accounting spine; the schema wave covers PM, FI, CO, MM, SD, PP and QM. Begins as disaster-recovery-grade replication and grows into a sovereign reference server.
